What a **** up- ordered cricket baggy cap 2 weeks before Xmas and still havent arrived. I was bit nervous after reading lovely reviews but for some reason I took the risk and now I m hoping my cap arrives by next xmas Never again
Rip off website. Do not buy from here. Ordered a cricket helmet which came out faulty. Called the customer service and the agent instead of helping me instead blamed me for making the fault on the product . Order takes forever to arrive and poor customer service . the only thing good is their website compared to other sites. Avoid this company at all cost.
Very disappointing service. I ordered and paid for a cricket bat in September. After chasing up the delivery, was told the colour I wanted was out of stock and would take a few weeks. Then the wrong bat was delivered. I returned this and was told correct bat would take 5-7 days. A fortnight later, still no bat!! Many emails later, I have today received a refund (at my request). I will not use this company again!
RIP OFF!! Do not order from this website unless you are prepared to pay a ridiculous amount for postage AND pay to return items. So many better sites out there. Having said that, the goods arrived reasonably quickly but will never order from them again due to postage charges. My 37 order actually cost me 45.
